In addition, Peter has led transformative initiatives with UNESCO, UNICEF, DFAT, and the IB —designing post-crisis/conflict recovery programs, scaling ICT solutions for refugee education, and shaping national and international education strategies.

Stuart is a strategic advisor with over 25 years of global experience having lived and worked in the UK, USA, Australia, and the Middle East. He has advised listed and private education operators on growth, investment, and M&A—most recently Schrole Group’s takeover by TES Global. With a background in investment banking,
Stuart specializes in capital raising, JV structuring, and licensing models. His deep regional expertise, particularly in the Middle East since 2007, makes him a trusted advisor to education providers, boards, family offices, and sovereign investors.
